Alhamdulillah nice, clean stay. All is there
Room is clean, there's tv although could have more Malaysian channels, clean bathroom, everything is there including drinks, water bottles. Too bad no bathtub. There's breakfast sahur included and i like the nasi lemak and kway teow. My kids like the cereals alhamdulillah thank you so much. Hopefully place below is safe. Just beside city square mall only. So convenient. Convenience store just downstairs n karak bazaar ramadan is outside

Great stay!
Location, location, location! It was next to JB City Square just a short walk from the customer checkpoint and practically surrounded by F&B outlets, shops, convenience stores, etc. Staff was exceptionally! Breakfast was limited but nice. The club suite came with free access to the club lounge and free drinks and snacks the whole day. Two thumbs up!
The aircon was positioned in the middle of the room so it wasn’t so cool at the far side of the bed. Small issue though.

The bed is not comfortable. The aircon is not cold. Fyi pls. I got the same room again. On Nov 2023, i was staying at the room 915.
